Soccer Camp Series

Due to the tremendous growth in soccer in the four counties that the Headwaters Soccer Club represents, the club offers boys and girls a unique opportunity to develop as soccer players. With the outstanding support of local businesses, service organizations and foundations, the club offers each camp session at a pre-registration rate of $60.00 per camp with your own ball or for $75.00 we will give the camper a hand-stitched ball to keep. An additional $10.00 will be charged for on-site registration. Where else can you go to a camp for $60.00 and learn to develop your soccer skills from a quality staff? We believe nowhere else!

The Soccer Camp Series offers seven sessions at different locations for your convenience – three at Mine Kill State Park, and one each at Edmeston Central School, Worcester Central School, Otego American Legion Post #1555 and SUNY Oneonta.

A team of outstanding coaches provided by the Headwaters Soccer Club, experienced at all levels of soccer, will provide instruction in every facet of play during the week: dribbling, heading, receiving, finishing and passing, as well as group and team tactics. Small groups assure that each student will receive individual attention throughout the week.

Students will spend five hours per day on the field which includes games in the afternoons. Depending on which session, pool and indoor facilities or soccer videos will be available during breaks or relax with other students and talk to the coaches.

PLEASE BRING – a bag lunch • swim suit • soccer gear • shin guards

Each session will begin at 9:30 a.m., Monday and will run daily until 4:00 p.m., concluding Thursday afternoon. Each session is for boys and girls ages 7-17. All entrants receive a T-shirt and a water bottle provided by the sponsors of your particular session.
